*We have just one exception to our “unlimited” rule: please add no more than 5 pages per month.
What’s the difference between Standard and Premium?
Premium support requests have a response time of 1-2 days, and Standard support requests have a response time of 3-5 days. That’s it!
What if I have a website emergency?
If your website is down or something major is broken, we’ll get on it right away! The response times outlined above are for less time-sensitive requests.
I had my site designed elsewhere. Can I still sign up for a support plan?
We only offer support for websites we’ve designed.
